Any dry product can be returned if damaged or quality issues are identified at the time of delivery.
Due to safety concerns with temperature control, JA BLENDS AND SPICES LTD will be unable to credit any frozen or refrigerated product sold through our third-party delivery service.
Should you choose to pick up from our store, we will be happy to return or exchange any item at that time.
After delivery of your items or upon leaving our store, there will be no returns/exchanges allowed per our guidelines.
We encourage you to check your items prior to leaving the store to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
