Who doesn’t love fried Pickled Sprat. It’s a tasty fish – small – but with lots of bones. Preparing the fish for frying is the key to cooking it.

2. Dry with paper towel.
3. Season with Salt and Pepper.
4. Add 1/4 tsp JA Blends & Spices Scotch
Bonnet Pepper Powder
5. Marinate for two hours.
6. Fry in hot Coconut Oil.
7. Place fried sprat on paper towel to drain oil.
8. Serve with your favorite side.
